Buyers Motivated By Seminar At WCFE

Many visitors were able to attend a free seminar on the benefits of buying a Franchise REsale. The room was at full capacity reflecting the genuine interest from buyers wanting to learn more about buying an established franchised business with existing cash flow.
National Brands, 7-Eleven and Baskin-Robbins were represented to explaining the Resales process within their networks.

This was a great learning opportunity for buyers to hear how the industry professionals handle REsales and to understand how vital REsales are in a network. It also highlighted how franchisees have the ability to buy into established brands with existing cash flow.

National Brands 7-Eleven and Baskin-Robbins were represented and explained clearly the benefits of buying a resale and how much care they take to help the exiting and new franchisees. Also speaking was Franchise Attorney Jason Power of Shelton Power who also addressed the legal issues and answered many attendee questions.

Brian Savage of Baskin-Robbins and Isaac Padilla of 7-Eleven both highlighted how you can take advantage and enter a National brand network by buying a turnkey established business, which includes all the training and support of a new franchisee. How you benefit from existing sales and leverage existing vendors and relationships.

The delegates were enthused at how fast you are up and running; feedback and questions from the audience was great and insightful and many said how much they enjoyed it. As the moderator it was so good to hear serious people taking to serious people. For many the seminar gave them clear direction on the next steps in buying an existing business, which in most cases was their preferred choice’. Said Johnny Sellyn who was moderating the seminar.

Buying a franchise is a huge investment and can be very rewarding. However, many people were not aware of the growing market of existing franchises for sale. The people who attended Franchise Resales seminar at the West Coast Franchise Expo found this fact to be very interesting. Many of the attendees were excited to learn that they could purchase an established franchise location with an existing income stream in several larger franchise brands such as 7-11 and Baskin Robbins at almost the same investment level as buying a new franchise location. With this information, many attendees found new interest in franchise brands that they thought were impossible to get in to in their markets and felt a franchise resale opened an entirely new world of possibility for them’.
