Our franchise opportunities are more than just an entrepreneurial business. Starting a Comfort Keepers franchise is the opportunity to build a business with purpose and positive impact on the lives of others in your community and beyond. Our caregivers bring joy into the homes of seniors, and our franchise owners enable that care by opening and building local businesses. We take great pride in what we have built over twenty years, and we love seeing new franchises open with people who are passionate about senior care.
According to the AARP, 10,000 baby boomers turn 65 every day, and this is expected to continue into the 2030s. As younger generations have fewer children and later in life, this changes the senior dynamic and demographic of the United States. With over 77 million baby boomers, or people born between 1946 and 1964, this creates an enormous and sustainable market for senior care and a franchise opportunity. The baby boomer generation is larger than previous and more recent generations, which presents a huge aging population for years to come.
We are focused on each individual client and caregiver, as well as each franchise owner. We’re here to help our franchise owners succeed with support resources, including business coaches, regional directors, and a comprehensive onboarding program.
We offer every new franchisee the unique training opportunity to join us onsite in Southern California for a meet-and-greet with all participants. Over the course of 4+ days, business coaches share proven strategies for sales, marketing, client services, staffing, finance, and more.
We also provide a comprehensive five-week course that can be completed online. This enables franchisees to tackle the training when it’s most convenient in light of their busy schedules. The result? Our franchise owners are confident business professionals ready to operate and own a thriving operation.
Our franchise owners hail from a range of personal backgrounds, spanning from former customers to insurance salesmen looking for a change of career. For this reason, we make it easy to customize your professional training to what works best for you. Our business coaches and regional directors will collaborate one-on-one with you to understand your unique strengths and outlook to provide tips accordingly.

Franchise establishments comprise about 10% of all businesses.
Running a business is not cut-and-dry. And we don’t expect franchise owners to navigate the ins-and-outs alone. Comfort Keepers created the Business Support Center for franchisees to find answers or a quick phone call with our experts.
Each franchisee is assigned a Regional Director who will provide one-on-one mentorship and recommendations to consistently strengthen your business plan.
Additionally, we offer state, regional, and national networking events to foster productive friendships between like-minded individuals. This collaborative spirit is also accessible digitally through our online community.
A 1999 U.S. Chamber of Commerce study found that 86% of franchises were still under the same ownership and 97% of them were still in business after five years.
Our success as an organization relies upon the collective success of our franchisees. That’s why we support our franchise owners with comprehensive training, resources, and the possibility to grow.
As a Comfort Keepers franchise owner, it’s up to you how you map out your franchise development. From online seminars to local mentorship and coaching with regional directors, you decide what plan best fits your learning style and goals. After all, it’s your business, and we’re here to support you.
