We maintain operational consistency across company-owned and franchised locations by utilizing the same processes, training, and systems. Floyd’s prides itself on a labor retention rate that’s higher than the industry average. “So typically, retention of employees is around 25%, and we're usually up around 35% to 40% retention,” says Mary Wehrer, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.
