Our educational program for new franchisees is comprehensive, combining theoretical and practical learning. The program begins with a variety of web-based and conference call training with other new franchisees. This initial instruction will ensure you are prepared for the two-week residential New Franchisee Training Course. Based at our Learning Center in Atlanta, the New Franchisee Training Course is an intensive program, guiding you through all aspects of the applicant process, operations, and client sales.

In addition, the Learning & Development department at our corporate office offers multiple resources for ongoing training to support your business — from live web classes and on-demand web learning to self-study and on-the-job reference tools.
