This Massage Envy location is strategically located in the heart of the state's largest city with a metro population of 750,000 residents.  Established in 2011 and refreshed in 2017, this location sits in the metro's medical corridor which includes major healthcare institutions including University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, CHI/St. Vincent's Hospital, and AR Children's Hospital. It has high visibility in the Midtowne Shopping Center and is located next door to The Container Store. This center also includes other traffic drivers such as Ulta, Soma, Chicos, Loft, JJill, JCrew, PeiWei , and busy restaurants Cantina Laredo and Big Orange.  The location is well known for its highly skilled service providers.  Of the 22 current service providers, 12 have been with the brand for over 5 years! This location recently consolidated with another location and now boasts 1200+ members and provides 1200+ massage and facial services a month. With an average of 260+ new guests each month, the location is prime for continued growth and expansion.  This is the only national massage brand in the central Arkansas area. The current owner also opened a massage therapy school which generates newly licensed therapists and provides a consistent stream of talent through offering education-to-work "scholarships".
