Community printing, coming to a Starbucks near you soon.
Global franchise brand, Cartridge World, with 1,100 locations in 53 countries has trademarked the term “community printing". There are 98 million people in the U.S. who work and study from places like Starbucks and Panera Bread and cannot print from their phones or tablets. Imagine you are on the road or in a Starbucks and need to print a page or a full-color Power Point presentation. Cartridge World have come up with the solution, The community Printing App and are rolling out a program where they put the full-color printers in these and many other businesses at no cost to the business location.
Cartridge World's community Printing App allows you to select their chosen location and print your documents by selecting one of the thousands of locations, hit print, and the file goes into the cloud. You then receive a code — let’s say 4445. You walk into the Starbucks, go to the printer and put in 4445. Your file is downloaded from the cloud to the printer in front of you and printed, in high-quality color, for less than five cents each. Because Cartridge World are the toner manufacturer, It can be done!
Cartridge World’s ability to make the maintenance better results in a more efficient and convenient printing experience, with much less commitment of financial resources. They have something called the No-Cost Printer Program where Cartridge World’s qualified clients will receive as many printers as they need, at no cost to them. The only thing they need to purchase are two sets of toners at the time of the giveaway, and agree to buy printing cartridges from Cartridge World for two or three years. All printers are provided in the No-Cost Program include service for three to five years.
In addition Cartridge World have recently signed a deal to collaborate with Samsung. For the first time in 28 years, a large, dominant original equipment manufacturer has recognized Cartridge World’s global strength and asked to team with their 1,100 stores worldwide. Cartridge World is now a global distributor for Samsung, and this affords them the ability to have the most up-to-date, feature-rich, well-designed products in the world.
