To save initial opening costs, the location is currently stocked out of another commercial kitchen. In order to get the space to a full cake production the space needs only minor additions of equipment.  Electric convection oven, prep-tables, fridge/freezer, induction hot plate, mixers, misc. pots, pans, bowls utensils.  NO HOOD is required for this kitchen as long as no open flame is utilized in the food production.  This alone is a $20,000 to $30,000 savings.  Additionally, there is at least 800 sf of space to expand the kitchen or retail area.
