Training & Support

Making Sure Things Go Swimmingly

In order to make our young swimmers safer and more confident in the water, we have to be confident in everything we do. That’s why we have time-tested, science-backed training and support methods in place for our franchisees and the franchisees' employees.

Our franchise training and support team at Goldfish Swim School is dedicated to providing you with the training and support you need throughout your entire Goldfish Swim School journey.

From the moment you sign your franchise agreement, our team will guide you through the school opening process which includes:

• A comprehensive four-week Goldfish University training program designed for owners and general managers – this includes classroom and on-the-job experience
• Complete swim school management training and support
• Review and training of our operations manual and proprietary swim lesson curriculum
• Local, regional and national marketing support
• Training on our point-of-sale system and member management software
• Pre-opening support and training at your Goldfish location
• Ongoing site visits designed to provide you with the ongoing support you need to run your business
